All Tinker & Rasor instruments should be serviced at our facility in New Braunfels, Texas. Annual calibration and certification are highly recommended and, in some cases, mandatory to ensure optimal performance and compliance.

Repairs and calibrations of Tinker & Rasor equipment involve no user-serviceable parts. The service process is intricate, requiring specialized tools, expertise, and calibration to standards traceable to NIST. To maintain the integrity and reliability of your equipment, only Tinker & Rasor or an authorized service center should perform calibrations and issue certifications.
Important: Use of unauthorized service providers will void all warranties. Contact Tinker & Rasor for a list of authorized service locations.

Submitting Your Equipment for Service
We do not require Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers. To begin the service process, please click the "SUBMIT SERVICE REQUEST" button below, complete the online form, and include it with your equipment when shipping. Forms can also be emailed to us for convenience.

Once your equipment arrives, our trained technicians will evaluate it and provide a service quote for your approval. We prioritize quick turnaround times, with most services completed within 1–2 business days, ensuring minimal disruption to your work.
